By creating an account or using Kaibell, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

Kaibell connects visitors, couriers, residents, front desks and administrators to make entrance calls, video calls, access decisions and security records easier.

2. Registration and access

You must provide truthful information, keep your password protected and report any misuse. Resident registrations may depend on the building's approval. The account is personal and must not be shared.

3. Authorizations

The decision shown in the app represents an authorization by the user, but physically opening the gate and the entry itself remain subject to the building's rules and operation. Kaibell does not replace emergency procedures, mandatory identification or the front desk's judgment.

4. Permitted use

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, intrusion, identity misrepresentation or illegal activities.
Do not try to bypass security controls, access another unit or interfere with the infrastructure.
Do not submit offensive content or third-party data without need.

5. Camera, location and video call

These features are optional and enabled after user action and permission. Location has an address-based alternative. Kaibell does not record the audio or video of the call.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but connections, power, your device, the building's infrastructure and external suppliers may cause downtime. Features may be updated to improve security and compatibility.

7. Responsibilities

The user is responsible for decisions made with their account. The building is responsible for its equipment, internal rules, staff and resident validation. To the extent permitted by law, Kaibell is not liable for third-party acts, external failures or access decisions made by users.

8. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended in case of fraud, security risk or violation of these Terms. Users may delete their account directly in the app. See the deletion page.

9. Intellectual property

The Kaibell brand, design, software and content are protected. These Terms grant only a limited, personal and revocable license to use the app.

10. Privacy, changes and contact

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated, with the new date indicated. Questions can be sent to contato@kaibell.app.

11. Governing law

The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply, preserving consumer rights and the legally competent jurisdiction.
