Delete account
Every user can permanently delete their Kaibell account directly in the app, without contacting support.

Sign in to Kaibell with your resident account.

On the home screen, tap Privacy and account.

Enter your password, type EXCLUIR and confirm Delete permanently.
What will be removed
- Account, name, email and protected password.
- Personal link to the building, block and apartment.
- Notification tokens, sessions and recovery codes.
What may remain
Entry security records may be kept unlinked from the account for up to 180 days, when necessary for security, legal obligations or the defense of legal rights. Residual backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Request deletion by email at privacidade@kaibell.app. To protect your account, we may ask for limited information to confirm your identity.
